Barbie is breaking Box Office records & is changing the shift for women & girls!

As the Barbie Movie was just released on July 21st, it is already making its place in the Box Office. In China, it got $8 Million during the opening weekend in which it is in fifth place in competition with other films. Also, in the first two weeks, it outplaced superhero movie "The Dark Knight" to make the best Warner Bros release in the cinemas. Oppenheimer comes in second place with $46.2 million as it decreased in sales about 44%.

During the movie, it expresses the criticism of its dolls and creates a whole new world of women leaders such as a female president, supreme court, and much more. Barbie creates a whole new version on how women are portrayed. The movie portrays Trans women and cisgender women of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes with women under 30, and it is directed by a female.

During the weekend of its release, Taylor Swift & 144,000 fans rejoiced Feminism and womanhood. The screams were so loud that that the show was registered as "seismic activity." Swift has spoken about empowerment & sexism in her music and has inspired millions of girls to feel seen and heard. She also wrote a song called "The Man" which tackles sexism and how the world can ignore woman.
